Local courier for Latvia is Latvijas Pasts. General worldwide couriers FedEx, DHL and UPS.
Remember that the delivery times include working days only, and that holidays are not considered.
Please note the UPS courier cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or to General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses. You may track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided by the courier.
You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation e-mail. Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Account.
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package for two consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time.
Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.
